Transportation

Lifescape Community Services provides transportation to seniors residing in Winnebago County on a limited basis. We offer transportation five days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in our 14-passenger handicapped accessible van or our 15-passenger non-accessible van. Our priority clients are those clients in need of medical attention, dental assistance, prescription pick up and socialization. Lifescape also offers Para Transit Tickets.
