Lifescape Community Services in cooperation with the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) is offering FREE tax preparation for senior (60 years and older) in Winnebago County.
Sessions are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. beginning on February 3, 2009 and running through April 15, 2009. APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED.
You will need to bring the following:
- Tax forms package for 2008, which you received in the mail
- All 1099 forms, including social security 1099 and W-2, if any, and all other income information or tax documents
- Real estate tax receipt, if any
- Last year's (2007) tax return
- Stimulus payment received
