Rockford Housing Authority provides housing for some of our low-income aging and disabled population. RHA and Lifescape Community Services partner to provide case management services in the senior housing projects to insure services received by residents are coordinated with the appropriate agencies.
Lifescape Community Services provides case managers for the residents of Brewington Oaks, Park Terrace Apartments, Olesen Plaza, N. Main Manor.
