Nutrition Services

Lifescape offers Nutrition Services through our Meals on Wheels program and our Senior Dining Sites. These services are primarily funded through the Older Americans Act, along with other donations, allowing Lifescape to offer these meals to individuals, sixty years and older (as well as their spouses), for a minimal donation. However, no qualified individual is denied participation due to the inability to pay. We offer these services in the four counties of Winnebago, Boone, Lee and Ogle.
